We provide genuine, manufacturer‑sourced products in original packaging and offer official product data to support accurate representation in retail environments. New United does not operate as a brand owner, brand agent, marketplace representative, or listing manager for any manufacturer, including Duck® Brand (Shurtape Technologies).
Our Role as a Wholesale Distributor
We supply genuine products sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized channels. We provide official item numbers, UPCs, case‑pack quantities, dimensions, and product specifications. We do not alter, modify, or repackage products. We do not authorize, approve, or certify any seller for online marketplaces.
Marketplace Boundaries
New United does not:
Create, edit, or manage Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other marketplace listings. File ASIN creation requests, listing corrections, or brand registry actions. Provide brand authorization letters or marketplace approval documents. Represent any manufacturer in marketplace disputes or compliance matters. All marketplace listings must be created and maintained by the reseller using official manufacturer data.
Documentation Provided
Resellers may request:
Wholesale invoices, Product data sheets, Case‑pack and UPC verification and Duck® Brand product information sourced directly from the manufacturer. These documents may be used by resellers when submitting marketplace compliance requests, ungating applications, or authenticity appeals.
Reseller Responsibilities
Resellers are responsible for:
Ensuring all marketplace listings match official manufacturer specifications
Using accurate UPCs, item numbers, and case‑pack quantities. Maintaining compliance with marketplace policies. Handling all listing creation, edits, and appeals directly with the marketplace. Managing all customer service, returns, and marketplace communications. New United does not participate in marketplace disputes or listing management.
Product Authenticity
All products supplied by New United are genuine, manufacturer‑sourced items in original packaging. We do not sell imitation, counterfeit, refurbished, or altered goods.
